• Collecting raw materials

Plates are made from areca palm leaves, fallen and not picked.

• Cleaning

The dry areca leaves are soaked and cleaned with high pressure water to remove any dirt or sand.

• Production

The washed leaves are kept 2-4 hours in a moisturized state and compressed with heat into different shapes.

Sharp edges are then rubbed down and cleaned for safe use for food products.
